![]() This will take you directly into the header, and allow you to enter text, images, date and time and even adjust the size of the header. To access the header directly, double click in the area of the page above the text. These are particularly useful elements to add to documents such as reports and books, and by default they appear on every page in the document. Ultimately, however, you might intend to add page numbers to your page footers, or add title and author information to the header. ![]() You might wish to right-justify a section of text, particularly useful it you are writing a letter (you can do this by selecting the lines of text that comprise your address and clicking the Align Text Right button or pressing CTRL+R) or you might like to add the data and time or even insert a Blank Page or Page Break (both available on the Pages section on the Insert tab). If you’re working on a Word 2010 document, chances are there is more to be done than simply typing a load of words and sentences on the page.
